Privacy policy

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the activity you select (optional), the language of the site and where your visit came from (referrer and campaign parameters).

Why, and on what legal basis

We use this data only to announce the release of WallSplitter and send you the waitlist price. Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

Until launch, then at most 3 years after your last interaction with us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who receives it

Your data is never sold or shared. It is stored by our form and email provider, acting on our behalf.

Purchases and licence

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, the official reseller of WallSplitter, under its own privacy policy: we never see your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email address and licence key with us for support.

To activate and check your licence, the app sends your key and the computer's name to Lemon Squeezy (at most once every 30 days). It sends nothing else: your videos stay on your computer.

Analytics

We use Umami, an analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no data that can identify you. It counts page views and clicks on the main buttons.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
